Availability of Items
Occasionally orders will arrive before the automatic update takes place. You will be sent an email if your item is not available.
Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Cancel or Change Order
We are happy to accommodate changes to your order before the order is shipped. We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. Any changes to your order; billing, shipping, items, quantities, etc. must be in writing to customerservice@pinkmascara.com. This will ensure a record of your request to refer back to. We will reply with a confirmation email letting you know the status of your request.

Coupon Use
Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, promotion or special incentive program and is not valid on (a) pre-orders;
(b) gift cards; (c) prior purchases; (d) or sale items unless promotion specifically states otherwise and may have a minimum purchase associated.
Offer must be used at time of purchase. Orders cannot be revised once shipped. Discount is applied proportionately to all items in transaction;
any return of merchandise purchased with a discount will be refunded for the proportionate amount actually paid. No cash value. Offer valid
during time specified or while supplies last.

Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not returnable or refundable. Coupon codes may not be used on final sale items and will not be applied towards final cost if used.

Gift Cards
Pink Mascara offers a virtual gift card only at this time. No physical card or certificate will be mailed.
Select Gift Ideas at the top of each page and click on Gift Certificates. You will be able
to choose denominations of $25 to $2000. Gift cards do not expire. Please contact us via email,

Payment
Pink Mascara accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Google Check Out. Your card will be
charged on the day your order ships. If a payment is denied, we will not be liable for any delay of delivery.

Please contact us for item availability prior to mailing information. To order by mail or email, please complete
this form and return with your mail order or attach with your email order.

Pre-Ordered Items
Your pre-ordered item will not be charged until it ships.
Note: All the items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish

Price Adjustments
Price adjustments may be requested for orders placed within 7 days of an item going on sale. Please note that price adjustments for sale
items cannot be issued any further adjustments. All price adjustments are issued as a store credit.

Price Match
Regular priced items: Pink Mascara will match any competitors regular priced item within 30 days of purchase.
The "regular" price refers to the MSRP or manufacturer's suggested retail price.
Sale priced items: We will match any online competitors sale priced item before your order is placed
with us given it is the exact same item, color and size.
Price matches are at our discretion and verification.
