"I want my name to be associated with making
women feel feminine, hip and confident," says Cynthia Vincent, designer
and co-owner of Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent. "We reach for what
makes us feel sexy and it's that attitude, coupled with a desire for
comfort, that's inspired Twelfth Street," explains Cynthia. Twelfth
Street by Cynthia Vincent is the truest example of form, function and
fabrication. As Cynthia states, she is making clothes that she wants to
