Delivery times are business days, i.e. Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Signature required for orders with a value of $500 and above.
Pink Mascara will not reimburse for lost shipments where "no signature" was requested.
A claim to the carrier will be submitted on your behalf, but please note the maximum carriers will reimburse is $100.
Refused shipment orders are responsible for the return shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
