Pink Mascara wants you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase.
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not
delighted with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a store credit or
refund (see limitations below) within 10 business days of your tracked delivery
date if the item is returned in the original and re-sellable condition.
Pinkmascara.com will issue a STORE CREDIT for all returns unless you
specifically request in writing a refund or exchange

General Returns:
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted.
Promo
Codes/Coupons
Items purchased with promo codes, discount or coupons are
eligible for exchange or store merchandise credit for in stock items. Sales
purchased with a coupon code are final sale and not returnable for either
exchange, store or refund.

Return Exclusions:
- Sale Items:
ARE ALL FINAL SALE.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Footwear: No returns accepted on any footwear items.
- All Jewelry Items: For sanitary reasons NO returns will
be issued for jewelry items.
- Swimwear:: Due to the nature of swimwear NO returns will
be issued for swimwear. However, you may exchange swimwear for a different size
of the exact same suit style within 10 days. All tags must be attached for an
exchange to be approved. Please email our customer service department first for
a return authorization.
- Undergarments: Due to the nature of lingerie NO returns
will be issued for undergarments.
- Handbags: No returns will be issued for handbags, purses,
or clutches. You will be issued store credit only for handbag returns. In order
to receive store credit, handbags must show no signs of use and must have all
tags attached. Bags with missing tags or signs of use will be returned to
customer at his/her expense.

Sale Items
Sale Items are returnable for exchange of in stock sale merchandise. There
are no refunds on sale items

Pre-Order
Items
Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Coupon codes
cannot be applied to pre-order items. . Pre-Order items are returnable for
store credit only. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily
offer you online store credit good for any Pinkmascara.com item. No returns are
accepted on preordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any
returned pre-order items. Pre-order items are excluded from discount codes and
coupons. All the items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish additional items sooner, please place a separate order for non pre-order items. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase regardless of when it ships.

Damaged / Defective Product>
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping.
If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at
customerservice@pinkmascara.com within 2 days of
receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if
available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any
warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers'
discretion.

Exchanges
Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to
availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different
item. We do not provide exchanges for sale items. Exchange items are sent after
the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check.
You will receive an email notification with a new tracking number.

Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to
make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Pink Mascara "Easy" Returns Simply fill
out the return form included with your order and postmark within 14 days of
your receipt of the order. The back of your receipt contains all information
needed.
You will receive an email notifying you when your return is complete,
approximately 5-7 business days from our receipt of your item. Please allow
additional time for your credit card company to process.
