Pink Mascara wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition postmarking (or FedEx/UPS) the package within 14 days of your receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. *Please see exceptions below. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sunglasses, swimsuits, earrings, or special order items. Shoes that have been worn or are scuffed on the bottom will be considered used and worn merchandise and will not be issued a refund. We suggest you try your shoes on in a carpeted area. The original shoe box must be returned in good condition.

Sale items (excluding Final Sale items which are not returnable)

May be returned for store credit only and must adhere to the same criteria noted above. You will be issued a store credit coupon code to use on your next order.

Final Sale items are not returnable or refundable. Final sale items are all items that are discounted 50% or more and/or marked “Final Sale”. All sunglasses, swimsuits, earrings, or special order items are final sale whether on sale or not. Coupon codes may not be used on final sale items and will not be applied towards final cost if used.  Customers are liable for the return shipping costs if a final sale item is returned to us.

Damaged / Defective Product

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at customerservice@pinkmascara.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up the the manufacturers' discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. We do not provide exchanges for sale items. Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will receive an email notification with a new tracking number.

Pink Mascara "Easy" Returns Simply fill out the return form included with your order and postmark within 14 days of your receipt of the order. The back of your receipt contains all information needed.

You will receive an email notifying you when your return is complete, approximately 5-7 business days from our receipt of your item. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process.
