Availability of Items
Occasionally orders will arrive before the automatic update takes
place. You will be sent an email if your item is not available. Please
be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be
bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Cancel or Change OrderWe
are happy to accommodate changes to your order before the order is in
processing. This could be anywhere between 1 hour and 24 hours. We
usually ship within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. Any changes to
your order; billing, shipping, items, quantities, etc. must be in
writing to customerservice@pinkmascara.com. This will ensure a record
of your request to refer back to. We will reply with a confirmation
email letting you know the status of your request.

Coupon UseOnly
one coupon code may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined with
any other discount, offer, promotion or special incentive program and
is not valid on (a) pre-orders;
(b) gift cards; (c) prior purchases; (d) or sale items unless promotion
specifically states otherwise and may have a minimum purchase
associated.
Offer must be used at time of purchase. Orders cannot be revised once
placed. Discount is applied proportionately to all items in
transaction;
any return of merchandise purchased with a discount will be refunded
for the proportionate amount actually paid. No cash value. Offer valid

Final Sale ItemsFinal
sale items are not returnable or refundable. Final sale items are all
items that are discounted 50% or more and/or marked "Final Sale". All
sunglasses, swimsuits, earrings, or special order items are final sale
whether on sale or not. Coupon codes may not be used on final sale
items and will not be applied towards final cost if used.

Gift Cards
Pink Mascara offers a virtual gift card only at this time. No physical card or certificate will be mailed.

to choose denominations of $25 to $2000. Gift cards do not expire. Please contact us via email,

The "regular" price refers to the MSRP or manufacturer's suggested retail price.
