"I want my name to be associated with making
women feel feminine, hip and confident," says Cynthia Vincent, designer
and co-owner of Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent. "We reach for what
makes us feel sexy and it's that attitude, coupled with a desire for
comfort, that's inspired Twelfth Street," explains Cynthia. Twelfth
